Promotion expiry on your Home Services bill

As a new TELUS customer subscribing to home services on promotion, when you promotion expires, you will notice changes to the monthly rate on your bill. Here’s some information to help you understand you bill.

The effective dates represent a six month period for which the discount is valid.

For example: Optik TV discount - 6 month - effective May 22 to November 22 - $10

Optik TV promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Optik TV discount - 6 month - effective MM DD to MM DD - $XX

Internet promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Internet Discount - 6 months - effective MMM DD to MMM DD -$XX

Home Phone promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Home Phone Discount – 6 months – effective MMM DD to MMM DD -$XX

The effective dates represent a three month period for which the discount is valid.

For example: Optik TV discount - 3 month - effective May 22 to August 22 - $10

Optik TV promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Optik TV discount - 3 month - effective MMM DD to MMM DD - $XX

Internet promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Internet Discount - 3 months - effective MMM DD to MMM DD -$XX

Home Phone promotion discount may appear as follows:

• Home Phone Discount – 3 months – effective MMM DD to MMM DD -$XX

Bundle Discount or free rental equipment discounts are separate discounts from promotion expiry and will continue as part of your subscriptions.
