Understanding your Mobility bill
See the key elements of your Mobility bill and learn what you need to know at a glance.
Locating your account number
You’ll need your account number for bill payments made outside of My TELUS. It can also be used to set up My TELUS account.
Your monthly bill starts with a summary view of balance carried forward from last month, total account balance, payment due date and payment options. It also includes the option to download the PDF view of the bill.
Balance carried forward from last bill: Any unpaid balance from your previous month’s bill.
It includes current monthly charges for your mobile services, other charges and credits, such as 911 fees and all applicable taxes.
Your recurring monthly charges
Your plan: This section contains details of your monthly rate plan as well as any features and services that are included with your plan.
Your add-ons: These are charges for any additional services and/or features not included in your monthly rate plan.
Note: A one-time connection fee may appear in the above section on your first bill. However, this is not a recurring fee and will not show up on future bills.
Prorated (partial) changes
Partial charges will only appear on your first bill, or if you change plans or add-ons.
Every TELUS Mobility customer gets assigned to a bill cycle. At the start of each bill cycle you’ll be charged for your regular monthly services, which are billed 1 month in advance.
The day you activate or change your rate plan may not align with your assigned bill cycle. This means that on your first bill you’ll see a partial charge from the activation date till the bill cycle end date as well as a charge for next month’s regular bill.

Additional charges, credits and your total due
Usage charges: These charges occur when your usage exceeds the total included in your monthly rate plan (if applicable). This may include additional talk time, text and data.
Account-wide charges: These are the charges and credit related to full account and not related to mobile phone number only. Late payment charges for past due balance or credit for account. Example: Late payment charges for past due balance.
Total due: Your total new charges (including applicable taxes), plus any balance owing from your last bill and late payment charges (if applicable). Payments are due upon receipt.
Last payment and past bills
