Reserve & Pick Up
With Reserve & Pick Up, you can get the device you want today at one of our TELUS Stores by placing a reservation.
How it works
- Choose your device, rate plan and the TELUS store that you'd like to pick up at
- We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 3 business hours of when you place your order
Important: Wait for your confirmation email before heading to the store. If 3 hours have passed since you placed your order, please check your junk mail folder. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at 1-866-558-2273 or place another reservation.
- Head to the store you selected with your reservation number and 2 pieces of ID, and speak to a TELUS representative to pick up your order
- We’ll hold the device you reserved until the end of the next business day
- You’ll need to bring 1 piece of government-issued photo ID, and another piece of ID (for example, a credit card) that matches the name on your reservation
- If the price changes after you placed your order, we will honour the lower price
- If you can't pick up your reserved device or simply don't want it anymore, that’s no problem. Your reservation will automatically expire at the end of the next business day. We do not collect or charge your credit card when you place a reservation
- If the device you chose is no longer available in the store to pick up, we’ll send you an email to let you know
- A connection fee of $45 will be charged in store upon pick-up
