  • How to check usage balance?

    Using your TELUS online account

    1. Log in to your TELUS account
    2. Click Account Activity, and then the Transaction History link to see your previous 60 days of transactions
    3. Select a category:
    • Select data usage and other charges from the drop down to see text message transactions
    • Select calls from the drop down to see available call details. Select a call type to further filter
    • Select other options as desired, to see available details

    Monitor your voice and text messages using the My TELUS app on your Prepaid Smartphone

    Follow these steps on your device to download the My TELUS app:

    Android: go to Google Play, search for My TELUS, select install and follow the prompts

    iPhone: go to the App Store, search for My TELUS, select install and follow the prompts

    1. Call #123 and enter your PIN when prompted
    2. You will hear your Add-on expiry date and remaining allotment minutes or messages. You may choose to remove or add auto-renewal.

    Note: If calling 1-877-277-7745 from another device, you will need to enter your subscriber number and PIN before registering your credit card.

 

 

  • How to make a CCTS complaint.

    The CRTC has created a Wireless Code that applies to all wireless service providers in Canada. The Wireless Code Checklist helps you understand what your rights are under the Wireless Code. If you have a complaint and are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with TELUS, the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) may be able to assist you: www.ccts-cprst.ca or 1-888-221-1687.

 

  • Will my account balance expire?

    If you are without a base plan for 90 days, your account will be deactivated and you’ll lose your phone number and any balance remaining on your account balance, including add-ons. Your 30-day base plans expire and are set to automatically renew every 30 days, base plans can only be renewed when there are sufficient balance in the account.
