Learn how to reset Pik TV if the app is unresponsive
Reset the Pik TV app on your Pik TV Media box or Nvidia Shield
If you are experiencing problems with Pik TV app on your Pik TV Media box or Nvidia Shield, try resetting the Pik TV app with the following steps:
Note: Resetting the app will require you to re-enter your login information.
Select the Google Home button on your remote to open the Android TV home screen.
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Apps
- Select Pik TV
- Select Clear data and then select OK
- Launch Pik TV and enter your My TELUS username and password

Reset the Pik TV app on your Apple TV
If the Pik TV app on Apple TV is unresponsive you can force-close the Pik TV app by doing the following:
- Double-click the TV button on the Siri remote
- Swipe to the right on the trackpad to find the app you wish to force close
- Swipe up on the trackpad to force the app to close
- You can now re-launch the Pik TV app
Reset the Pik TV app on your iOS device
If the Pik TV app on your iOS device (smartphone or tablet) is unresponsive you can force close the Pik TV app by doing the following:
- Double-click the home button
- Swipe to the right or left on the screen to find the app you wish to force-close
- Swipe up on the screen to force the selected app to close
- You can now re-launch the Pik TV app
