What do I need to upload?
Login to the portal above by clicking on the green button and using the credentials provided by your Implementation Manager.
Using the template provided by your Implementation manager, upload your organization’s eligibility file to the to_THVC folder assigned to your organization at least 5 business days before your initial launch date.
When can employees expect to receive their email invitations to register for TELUS Health Virtual Care?
If email addresses are included in your eligibility file, employees will receive their personalized email invitations on the day of launch.
If your organization has chosen to register with a group number, employees will be able to register with their unique identifiers starting on your selected launch date. Note that in this scenario, employees will not receive an activation email from TELUS Health.
What do I need to do to add or remove employees from my TELUS Health Virtual Care eligibility list after launch?
You may submit updated files with additions and/or removals to the same to_THVC folder according to your agreed-upon cadence for file updates.
Any active members who are not on a newly uploaded eligibility file will be deactivated; likewise, new users will be given access based on your most recent list.
Please note that your eligibility file should be a complete list that includes all users who should have access to TELUS Health Virtual Care, with ineligible users indicated as 'remove' in the dedicated action column.
Is there anything I should not include in the eligibility files?
Do not upload files with empty records.
Do not include employees’ personal information such as social insurance numbers, salary, date of birth, residential address, etc.
