If you are part of a membership group please send us an email with your membership group name to telushealthmypet@telus.com .

Yes. Appointments scheduled on or before November 30, 2026 will continue as planned.

How long will I have access to the TELUS Health MyPet app?

Users will continue to have access to the TELUS Health MyPet app until December 8, 2026.

Where can I go for other virtual veterinary support?

For virtual veterinary care Vetster and Vet Wise are virtual veterinary providers available to pet owners in Canada.

What should I do if my pet needs emergency care?

Call your local 24/7 emergency pet care facility Call your family vet clinic if they are open If you are located in a remote region, you can call a teletriage service such as Vetster, Animal HealthLink, or VetTriage

What is changing?

TELUS Health MyPet is winding down its services. You can continue to book virtual veterinary appointments and shop on the TELUS Health MyPet Store until September 23, 2026. Virtual vet technician appointments can be booked until November 30, 2026.

We are committed to supporting continuity of care for your pet through this transition. Our team will remain available to support with account related questions through December 11, 2026. Any follow-ups already scheduled will continue as planned.
