TELUS customers who sign up for the 5G+ MyPet Complete Canada-US plan will have access to unlimited virtual consultations with a vet technician on the TELUS Health MyPet app, so long as they are subscribed to this plan and are in good standing. Download required. Dog and cat consultations only. Vet technicians are available in all provinces. Regular price $40 plus applicable tax per vet technician appointment. Membership must be active on the TELUS Health MyPet account and customer must enter their Account Number in the "promo code" spot to ensure unlimited access is active. Must be the age of majority in your province. Offer subject to change without notice. Subject to consultation availability. Any payments for consultations must be paid using a valid credit card. If your vet technician determines within the first few minutes of your consultation that your pet needs immediate in-person care, your appointment will be ended.

Easy Payment balance will be repaid over a 24-month period via equal monthly payments. Payment of any outstanding Easy Payment balance due upon termination, or account transfer. TELUS offers two tiers of smartphone financing. Premium financing on smartphones is available on select 5G+ plans while Standard financing is available on select 5G plans.

A $12.50/month discount will be applied on the Stream+ Premium bill for 6 months, provided the eligibility requirements are met. Subscription auto-renews. All prices do not include applicable taxes. Only one Stream+ activation can be completed per MyTELUS account. Stream+ Premium includes: Netflix Premium, Disney+ Premium and Amazon Prime (ad supported). Regular price for Stream+ Premium is $43.00 plus applicable taxes and subject to change.
