Preparing for implementation

We discuss your install date, your expectations for launch, as well as your hardware and training needs. Our team prepares you for implementation by addressing all the details that need to be settled in advance.

Collaborating for a smooth migration

If you’re migrating from another system, our conversion team conducts thorough testing and closely collaborates with you for a smooth transition. Our implementation specialist will work with you to rigorously review your data to protect its integrity during migration.

Installing Kroll™

A technician comes to your pharmacy to install Kroll™ before the implementation date. If you purchased hardware with TELUS, your devices will be ready in advance to help optimize the installation process.

Training on the implementation date

A trainer is on site to help ensure operations keep running smoothly. They go through pricing set-up and system configuration with the owner or manager before the pharmacy opens, and support staff throughout the day.

Ongoing personalized support

After implementation, a dedicated training specialist follows up and is available until you’re comfortable with Kroll™. They ensure questions are answered and inquiries related to the system are resolved.
