The eRenewal service means you don’t have to submit your prescription renewal requests by fax or contact the physician by telephone. Use your pharmacy management solution to send your request. There’s no need to transcribe information or input data. The attending physician will receive the request in his or her TELUS Health electronic medical record (EMR) and will reply electronically. The renewal will automatically be entered into the Dossier Santé Québec (DSQ).
