With the TELUS Collaborative Health Record, patients and caregivers can use an Online Appointment Booking Site to make appointments with their primary provider and extended care team at their own convenience. They have the choice to engage with their provider in-person or via digital tools and can access their health information sent from their clinic in a user-friendly and accessible mobile app. The Collaborative Health Record engages patients as active participants as they move through their healthcare journey, streamlining the encounter for care teams.
