Our annual Preventive Health Assessment (PHA) is a healthcare professional-led, head-to-toe assessment that helps you understand the status of your health so you can mitigate any risks you may have. Any age is the right age to get your health on track.
Why should I get a Preventive Health Assessment?
The sooner we detect a disease, the faster we can treat it. We include an extensive panel of tests, physical examinations, and detailed questionnaires to give you the full picture. Tests range from blood tests to complete physical exams, and other sophisticated diagnostics. The PHA provides detailed professional consulting from a a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, who work together to put you on a healthy path.

The Select protocol is not available in Quebec. In Quebec, a patient can only do the tests noted with an asterisk (*) if the physician determines that these tests are medically necessary during the patient’s initial medical assessment.
