Ongoing, specialist family care
We believe that better health starts with a better patient relationship. That’s why we offer unlimited time for appointments and a dedicated personal health team. Your multi-specialty collaborative care team, which includes a personal physician, a dietitian, a kinesiologist, a family health nurse or nurse practitioner and a personal health coordinator (clinical care coordinator), will all collaborate to help you achieve your health goals. Other clinicians will be assigned to you if necessary for advanced team-based care of complex, unresolved issues.
Advanced screenings and diagnostics
Your medical profile will guide our diagnostic team. We will perform any necessary tests with the objective of detecting a disease as early as possible, so that the potential effects can be minimized.
Consultations and health plan development
