Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail Recipe

Serves 4


  • 4 cups sparkling water

  • 2 navel oranges

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 2-4 sprigs of rosemary


  1. Place the cranberries in a large pitcher.

  2. Cut the oranges in half and press the oranges.

  3. Pour the fresh pressed orange juice and the sparkling water in the pitcher.

  4. Include 2-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary and mix well.

  5. Put the pitcher in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Fresh or frozen cranberries: Cranberries add a little touch of colour to this punch.

Oranges: Oranges add a fresh citrus flavor that compliments this Christmas punch recipe perfectly.

Sparkling water: For this non-alcoholic drink, add sparkling water. This makes for a great friendly drink for Christmas.

Rosemary: Finish with some fresh rosemary to help garnish the punch.
