Additionally, he oversees TELUS’ Corporate Strategy and Development portfolio, and the company’s AI data centre strategy.

Since joining TELUS in 1999, Navin has played a crucial role in steering some of the company’s most successful market growth and service innovation strategies, leading transformative initiatives that have consistently driven industry-leading business growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence.

Navin also leads TELUS’s AI data centre portfolio, spanning the infrastructure that powers AI through to the solutions that put it to work. His portfolio includes high-performance compute, data centres, AI connectivity and edge solutions, Sovereign AI Factories and Sovereign Cloud, providing secure, Canadian-controlled infrastructure to build, train and deploy AI. He also oversees TELUS Digital’s AI capabilities, from AI and data solutions and CX-AI to enterprise AI deployment, alongside emerging Physical AI and automation.
Navin grew up in Alberta, Canada and lives in Calgary with his wife and two daughters. A strong supporter of his local community and TELUS’ commitment to “give where we live,” he is actively involved in various philanthropic causes across the province. Navin also proudly serves as Board Chair of Calgary Economic Development and is a member of the Business Council of Alberta.
