Lori brings a breadth of experience in the healthcare technology and insurance industries, leading go-to-market strategies, growth and innovation mandates. She is known in the industry for her collaborative style, vision, and ability to leverage strategic alliances and partnerships to execute transformative change. 

Lori is responsible for Consumer Solutions, leading a dedicated team focused on the development and delivery of a comprehensive, global suite of consumer-centric, locally relevant, market leading integrated health services. This includes capturing new consumer growth opportunities in partnership with TELUS Health’s other Consumer-facing Business Units, and TELUS International and TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods – in developing trusted, engaging health management solutions that are tailored to changing consumer needs, and scalable globally.

Prior to joining TELUS Health, Lori was President and Chief Revenue Officer at Wello, leading the growth and innovation focus that resulted in a key strategic partnership with LifeWorks, and a successful acquisition by Maple Corp. Previously, Lori has spearheaded numerous digital health mandates, notably as Chief Health Officer at League, along with numerous leadership roles at Sun Life Financial.
