Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:
As a Product Owner for the Home Solutions Outcome Team, you will help define best in class experiences for our customers and create research & educational web experiences on telus.com for TELUS SmartHome Security & TELUS Online Security that helps simplify the lives of our customers. You will work collaboratively with multiple digital teams across user experience, design, content strategy, development, testing, analytics and vendor partners. This is a highly visible role, working closely with other product managers, marketing, design and IT teams across the business to help bring our campaigns and new experiences to life online, maximizing efficiency and improving our understanding of our customers.
Understand customer needs, be the voice of the customer and relentlessly simplify the experience for our security customers
Understand TELUS business priorities and expected outcomes in order to drive quarterly loading targets focused on the key landing pages and prospect journeys
Support the launch of marketing campaigns with user-driven designs and innovative components, providing insights and driving continuous improvement
Establish relationships and liaise with a diverse group of cross-functional partners within the organization; collaborate on interdependent roadmaps and technology investments to achieve mutual business outcomes
Build organizational support and understanding of the strategic direction of the product
Challenges the status quo and inspires the squad to deliver the best possible outcomes
Define tangible product roadmap- actively own and be responsible for the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value
Present ideas, opportunities and solutions to cross-functional stakeholders including executives in order to achieve outcomes
Accountable for critical product metrics and to report progress, provide ongoing communication to partners on progress
Handle expectations and remove business and roadmap impediments
Own product research and measurements, drive optimizations
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
2-4 years experience in a fast-paced, agile, ecommerce or digital marketing team
You love working with clients to communicate intelligently in a project management capacity, understanding their requirements and influencing the outcomes
Relentlessly driving process improvement with stakeholders and implementing change within your projects to ensure the best outcome for stakeholders and customers respectively
You’re familiar with planning tools, e.g. JIRA.
Have the ability to track time and cost and provide an early warning of any deviation
Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to budget and schedule
Thrive under pressure and adaptable to change
Experience with split testing, audience segmentation and personalization
Understanding of online sales strategy including digital journeys, CRO and building trust
Background in multi-device, multi-channel, acquisition and retention digital experiences
