Updating Carrier Settings on iPhone

Keep your device updated to ensure you have the latest security patches installed on your device.
Note: In order to connect Apple Watch to the cellular network, you must have the latest version of carrier settings.
- Step 1 of 6:
From the Home screen, tap Settings.

Scroll to General.
- Step 3 of 6:
Tap General.
- Step 4 of 6:
Tap About.
Note: If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings. Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.

Tap Update.
