Tracking your menstrual cycle

Learn how to track your menstrual cycle by selecting what type of period you had, what symptoms you had, and if you had any spotting.
- Step 1 of 16:
From a watch face, press the Digital Crown.
Note: You can view your apps in a list view if you prefer.
- Step 2 of 16:
Swipe to Cycle Tracking.
- Step 3 of 16:
Tap Cycle Tracking.
Note: Cycle Tracking will first need to be set up on your iPhone.
- Step 4 of 16:
Tap Period.
- Step 5 of 16:
Select whether or not you had flow for the day.
- Step 6 of 16:
Scroll to FLOW LEVEL.
- Step 7 of 16:
Select the flow level you had.
- Step 8 of 16:
Tap Done.
- Step 9 of 16:
Scroll to Symptoms.
- Step 10 of 16:
Tap Symptoms.
- Step 11 of 16:
Select any symptoms you have had for the day.
- Step 12 of 16:
Tap Done.
- Step 13 of 16:
Tap Spotting.
- Step 14 of 16:
Tap Had Spotting if you have had spotting for the day.
- Step 15 of 16:
Tap Done.
- Step 16 of 16:
You've completed the steps!
