Turn on USB Debugging to help trouble shoot your device. Once USB Debugging is turned on, you will be able to plug your device into a computer to access your device's logs.

Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, tap Settings.
  2. 2 - Scroll to About phone.
  3. 3 - Tap About phone.
  4. 4 - Tap Build number seven times.
    • Note: You may be prompted to enter your device PIN or password. When Developer options has been enabled successfully, you will see a message at the bottom of the screen which states Developer mode has been enabled.
  5. 5 - Swipe from the left or right edge of the screen to go back.
  6. 6 - Tap System & updates.
  7. 7 - Tap Developer options.
  8. 8 - Scroll to USB debugging.
  9. 9 - Tap or slide the USB debugging switch to ON.
  10. 10 - Tap OK.
  11. 11 - You've completed the steps!
