Scheduling time away from your devices

Limit when certain apps on your device can be accessed by managing Screen Time. During this time, only apps you select and phone calls will be available and these settings will apply to all of your devices sharing the same Apple ID.

From the Home screen, tap Settings.

Tap Screen Time.
Note: You may need to turn on Screen Time. If necessary, tap Turn On Screen Time and select your preferences.

Tap Downtime.
- Step 4 of 12:
Tap or slide the Downtime switch to ON.

Tap From.
- Step 6 of 12:
Select your preferred start time.
- Step 7 of 12:
Tap To.
- Step 8 of 12:
Select your preferred end time.
- Step 9 of 12:
Tap Screen Time.
- Step 10 of 12:
Tap Always Allowed.
- Step 11 of 12:
Tap the Plus sign icon next to an app you'd still like to access during downtime.
