Managing open apps

You can switch between and close any apps that are running on your device. You can also see all of your currently running apps by accessing the Recents screen.
- Step 1 of 6:
To view your open apps, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold.
- Step 2 of 6:
Select the app you'd like to use.
- Step 3 of 6:
To close an open app, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold.
- Step 4 of 6:
Swipe an app up to close it.
Note: Regularly closing apps can make your phone faster and your battery last longer.
- Step 5 of 6:
Tap an empty space on your screen to return to the main Home screen.
- Step 6 of 6:
You've completed the steps!
