Viewing your vehicle’s Diagnostic Trouble Code

If your vehicle is performing abnormally you can perform a diagnostic on your vehicle. The troubleshooting codes can cover anything from the powertrain to the fan speed sensor.

  1. Note: For this tutorial, we are demonstrating the user experience for a vehicle that has active Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Users should not expect an active issue when their vehicle is performing normally.

  2. Step 1 of 3:

    From the Drive+ app, drag up your vehicle's Overview card.

    Tap the Engine icon.

    Note: If you have an active issue, you can select it to view more information.

    Note: Your Diagnostic Trouble Code will also appear as a panel of your Overview card, which can be accessed by swiping from right to left.
