Removing an account

You are able to remove any email accounts that you have set up on your device. Removing an email account from your device does not delete the email account.

  1. Step 1 of 8:

    From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.

  2. Step 2 of 8:

    Tap the Settings icon.

    Step 2/8

  3. Step 3 of 8:

    Tap Accounts and backup.

    Step 3/8

  4. Step 4 of 8:

    Tap Accounts.

    Step 4/8

  5. Step 5 of 8:

    Select an account.

    Step 5/8

  6. Step 6 of 8:

    Tap Remove account.

    Step 6/8

  7. Step 7 of 8:

    Tap Remove account again.

    Step 7/8

  8. Step 8 of 8:

    You've completed the steps!
