Third-party services charged to the TELUS bill


Third-party billing allows you to be conveniently billed for a service through your TELUS account, when you select the service as part of your Optik TV package. Currently, third-party billing is available with the following subscription services:

Signing up and connecting payment?


For new Optik TV customers, you can sign up for Optik TV and add a third-party service (such as Netflix) as a Premium Content option.

For existing Optik TV customers, you can migrate to a new Optik TV package by signing in to your My TELUS account. Once there, click on the “Optik TV” tab at the top of the page, then click on “Build a new combo” and follow the directions on screen. If you have not created a My TELUS account, you’ll be able to create one from the sign-in page.

Sharing of information with third parties


In order to be able to provide billing of third-party services, an email address may be shared as a method of account linking. This is outlined in our Service Terms for Optik TV and Pik TV.
