Internet Troubleshooting: Reset your Wi-Fi name and password for your Boost Wi-Fi

In order to reset your Wi-Fi name and password, you'll need to use the My Wi-Fi app. If you don't already have it, you can download the TELUS My Wi-Fi app now and start managing and monitoring your Wi-Fi like never before.

Once you've downloaded the app, follow these steps

1. Open your My Wi-Fi app
2. Navigate ot the Wi-Fi tab
   
3. Select Edit to modify or Show to view your current Wi-Fi password
4. Change your Wi-Fi network name or password to your new desired network name or password. Select Save (located in the upport corner of your screen)

Note: Once you change your Wi-Fi network name or password, you will need to reconnect all your Wi-Fi connected devices using the new network settings. This includes mobile devices, printers and tablets.
