Email Troubleshooting: Recover deleted email messages

You may be able to recover deleted emails within a certain time frame.

You can attempt to recover your email messages, by following these steps:

  1. Login to your TELUS Webmail account
  2. Check your “Trash” folder
  3. If the deleted messages are there, you can transfer them back to your inbox
  4. If the deleted messages are not there, right click on the “Trash” folder icon, and click “recover”

If this does not recover your email messages, you may want to create a backup or download your emails in the future before deleting them.
