To enable the Live Answer functionality and have your doorbell camera motion or button-pressed notifications sent to your Control Panel, follow these steps here.
Important: The doorbell camera must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Control Panel for this feature to work.
- Log in to the web portal
- Select Video
- Select Settings
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired doorbell camera
- Select Video Device Info
- In your settings, select Send motion notifications to panel and/or Send button pushed notifications to panel as desired
- Click Save
Having issues setting up the Live Answer functionality on your Control Panel?
Make sure your doorbell is on the same 2.4GHz SSID as the router. If your camera is on a different SSID, unfortunately the Live Answer functionality will not work.
