Keep your account up to date in the event of a Canada Post work disruption

Mail delivery will be impacted due to a potential work disruption at Canada Post.

It is likely you will experience delays receiving your monthly paper bills, when sending payments to TELUS via Canada Post and when receiving shipments from TELUS.

TELUS offers customers a convenient online account management option called My TELUS. My TELUS allows you to access and manage your TELUS services. There is also a My TELUS app , available for download on iOS or Android devices, that makes it easy to manage your account on-the-go.

Manage your account online with My TELUS

With My TELUS and the My TELUS app you can view your bill online and set up email and/or text notifications to be notified when your bill is available each month. You may also make payments on your account so you can avoid late fees and interruptions to your service during the possible postal work disruption.

My TELUS has additional features, such as adding additional services and monitoring your data usage. If you are not already using My TELUS, it’s easy to create an account.

Download the My TELUS app to your iOS or Android device.


Once you have registered or logged into My TELUS you can switch from receiving your bill in the mail to an e.Bill

Switch to e.Bill and customize bill notification preferences

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Select Billing
  3. Select change bill format
  4. Select Paperless
  5. Customize your billing notification preference by choosing email and/or SMS
  6. Select Save

Make a one-time credit or debit payment

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Select Billing
  3. If you have multiple accounts, choose the account on which you'd like to make a payment, then select Pay bill
  4. Fill out the required fields
  5. Select Pay now

Set up pre-authorized payments

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Select Billing
  3. If you have multiple accounts, choose the account on which you'd like to have pre-authorized payments enabled.
  4. Select Set up pre-authorized payments >
  5. Choose either Chequing account or Credit card
  6. Fill out the required fields
  7. Select Submit

Pre-authorized payments are set up on your account and will take effect with your next bill.

Note: It may take up to one full billing cycle for pre-authorized payments to take effect. If you have a balance due on your account, it is recommended that you make a one-time credit or debit payment to avoid late charges
