Have a damaged phone? Bring it into a TELUS store and we’ll be happy to recycle it for you. Join us in reducing carbon footprints, as we keep up to 10,000 phones out of landfills per year.
2. Prepare your device
Before trading‑in, you’ll need to remove all your personal data. If you don’t know how, we have guides on restoring to factory settings for Apple or Android devices.
