What you’ll need to know before you buy

  • If you have a TELUS Home Services or Mobility account

    We will need your account number and security PIN number.

  • If you don't have any existing TELUS services?

    We need two of the following IDs so we can perform a credit check to open up a new account for you: Health card, Driver’s license or SIN number. We keep all of this information safe and will not use it for any other purpose.

  • Emergency contacts

    In case of an emergency, you can provide up to three emergency contacts.
