What you will need if you're ready to buy

If you have a TELUS Home Services account (does not include TELUS mobility)
We will need your TELUS Home Phone number or account number and security PIN number. TELUS Home Services include Home Phone, Internet, Home Security or TV.
If you don’t have a TELUS Home Services account
We need two of the following IDs so we can perform a credit check and give you a TELUS Home Services account: Health card, Driver’s license or SIN number. We keep your information safe and will not use it for any other purpose.
