* Babylon by TELUS Health BusinessPLUS (regularly $5/mo per user) is only available in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia at no additional cost for TELUS small business mobility customers that activate or renew on a 2-year Peace of Mind, Simple Share, or Owner's Advantage plan with a value equal or greater than $80/mo pre multi-unit discount on or after Thursday, April 1, 2021. This offer is available on BYOD activations and renewals. When at least one subscriber on the TELUS small business account purchases or renews on an eligible smartphone plan, all subscribers in the same account with an active TELUS small business smartphone plan will receive access up to a maximum of 29 subscribers. The service includes access to a maximum of 12 mental health counselling appointments for each authorized employee (transferable as a whole or in part to up to four dependents of such authorized employee) per year and access to free digital health tools through the Babylon app at a price of $5 per employee per month. Additional mental health counselling appointments carry a fee of $100 per appointment, paid by the user. Dietitian appointments carry a fee of $120 per appointment, paid by the user. Physician appointments are covered under your province's healthcare plan; employees who are not covered by provincial health insurance will pay a fee per appointment.
