Our pre-approved CPA Program (the Program) is an exciting three-year rotational program which combines receiving your CPA designation with learning more about TELUS and the various roles TELUS Finance plays within our organization. We are looking for eager and motivated students and grads who want to earn their CPA in a stimulating, forward-thinking, and technologically innovative environment.
Our program has provided participants with a range of opportunities to develop core competencies in accounting for more than 50 years. Successful program alumni have progressively moved into leadership positions within TELUS. We are also proud that some of our members have made it onto the CPA Canada (formerly CICA) Honour Roll.
The TELUS Finance team plays an integral role as trusted business partners for all aspects of our business – from supporting our internal clients, to focusing on future opportunities and creating value for investors, clients, and team members. TELUS Finance is comprised of a variety of teams, including Corporate and Business Unit Controllers, Capital Management, Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting, Corporate Development, Taxation, Financial Operations, Revenue Assurance, Internal Audit, Treasury and Investor Relations.
We have a unique three-year rotational program designed to provide you with amazing practical experience. Each rotation lasts approximately one year and is assigned based on personal interests, business priorities, your strengths and areas of development. We have many areas to choose from, including corporate accounting and financial reporting, finance operations, revenue assurance, internal audits, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, taxation and financial planning, budgeting and more.
