Request to change or upgrade a monthly plan

To upgrade or otherwise change your current business services monthly plan, Sign-in to My TELUS.

  1. Scroll down and click on Go to Support Requests
  2. Click Products and Services > Change products and services
  3. Select 'Other Services'
  4. Select the business account number the change is for from the drop down or add it manually.
  5. Fill in all form details and click 'Submit'

Requests usually take 1-2 business days to process. If the change is time-sensitive, please Contact Us
