Request to change or upgrade a monthly plan
To upgrade or otherwise change your current business services monthly plan, Sign-in to My TELUS.
- Scroll down and click on Go to Support Requests
- Click Products and Services > Change products and services
- Select 'Other Services'
- Select the business account number the change is for from the drop down or add it manually.
- Fill in all form details and click 'Submit'
