Set up and manage Mobility pre-authorized payments
Set up and manage pre-authorized payments to your TELUS account so that you never miss a payment
Once you’ve set up pre-authorized payments, you’ll never have to worry about paying your bill on time.
You can also:
- Update credit card on file
- Change your payment method (credit card or chequing account)
- Cancel pre-authorized payments
On the website
You can make your payments by credit card or Visa debit , or through your chequing account.
- Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
- If you have multiple accounts, locate the one you’d like to set up payments for
- Select Set up pre-authorized payments
- Complete and submit the online form
Note: It may take up to one full billing cycle for pre-authorized payments to take effect. If you have a balance due, we recommend that you make a one-time credit card payment to avoid late charges.
On the mobile app
You can also set up (or update) pre-authorized payments from the Billing screen in the My TELUS app.
Update, change or cancel your payments
- Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
- If you have multiple accounts, locate the one you’d like to manage payments for
- Select Manage pre-authorized payments
- Complete and submit the online form
