Classic Portal to My TELUS Migration

By June 23, we will be retiring our Classic portal in favor of the new and improved My TELUS platform. Use this support article to learn how to complete your most important account management activities.

Managing your Bill


To choose your bill format:

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click on Manage Bill Notification

To set up pre-authorized payments:

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click on Setup pre-authorized payments
  3. Choose your method of payment (chequing or credit)

To download e.Bills in PDF format:

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click on Download PDF

Checking your usage


On your Overview page, click on View usage details

To check your data usage records :

  1. Go to the Usage page
  2. Click on Usage records
  3. Choose the Data tab

Managing your data blocks and notifications


In the Usage tab, select a subscriber linked to your account and then click on Manage notifications and blocks

Buying Travel Passes


On the Travel page, enter your country name and then click on See travel options and choose the travel option that best suits your needs.

Checking your plans


To check your plan details :

  1. Go to the Plans & Devices page
  2. On the Plan page, click on Plan details

Adding data top-ups

  1. On the Plan page, click on Plan Details and then View usage and shared data
  2. Click on Add a data top-up
