How to pay your business bill
Multiple options to make paying your TELUS bill easier
Pay your mobility bill from the TELUS website using your My TELUS account:
Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the Billing tab in the top navigation bar
If you have multiple accounts, locate the one for which you would like to make a payment
From the Billing page, click the Pay bill green button
5. Select your payment method
Select Pay through bank to pay via the financial institution of your choice
Select Pay with credit card to pay byVisa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or American Express.
6. Select Confirm
Set up pre-authorized payments for your mobility bills using your My TELUS account:
Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select either the Billing tab in the top navigation bar
If you have multiple accounts, locate the one for which you would like to make a payment
From the Billing page, click the Set up pre-authorized payments link
5. Complete and submit the online form
Pay your other business bills from the TELUS website using your My TELUS account:
Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the Billing tab in the top navigation bar
You will be redirected into a different application called Bill Analyzer
Select the Statements page
On the left column, select the Account for which you'd like to make a payment
Click on Pay
Use the dropdown menu to pick:
A payment method
The amount to pay
The payment date.
Click on Next
Click on Pay statements. (You can print or save the confirmation page for your records. It will also appear in your Payment History.)
Note: Allow 3-5 business days for your payment by bank to reach us. Credit card or Visa Debit card payments are immediate.
Set up pre-authorized payments for your other business bills using your My TELUS account:
Log in to My TELUS. If you don’t have an account, register now
Select the Billing tab in the top navigation bar
You will be redirected into a different application called Bill Analyzer
Select the Statements page
Click on the circular arrows icon in the Recurring Payments column
Follow the prompts to complete the set up
Note: If you set up pre-authorized payments on your bill due date, make a one-time payment for your current bill to avoid any late charges. Your pre-authorized payments will only take effect on your next bill.
Pay your mobility bill using the My TELUS mobile app:
Download the free My TELUS mobile app
Log in to your app
Select either the Overview or Billing tab in the top navigation bar
If you have multiple accounts, locate the one for which you would like to make a payment
Select Pay Bill
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment
Note: You can also set up pre-authorized payments from your My TELUS app.
You can always pay your bill at your local bank or TELUS store.
Pay at a bank:
Locate a bank or financial institution near you
Please present your bill or remittance slip to the teller
Ensure the correct payee, along with the correct account number is selected (find out how to locate your account number):
TELUS MOBILITY for Business Mobility services
TELUS Communications for Business Wireline and other business services
Allow 5 days for the payment to be processed
Pay in store:
Locate a TELUS store near you
Simply present your bill, remittance slip or account number (find out how to locate your account number) along with a valid picture ID at your local TELUS branch
You must be the account manager in order to pay in store. The agent in store will not be able to call the account manager/owner to validate the information. Make sure the authorized names are on file before you come to pay
