How to pay your bill through your My TELUS online portal

Pay with your Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or even through your financial institution.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your My TELUS online portal. If you do not have an online profile, register

  2. Select Billing

    3. If your profile is associated with more than one account, determine on which account you want to make a payment by selecting View Bill

    4. Within the Balance tile, select Pay Bill

    5. Select your payment method

    Make a Payment

    There are two payment methods available:

6. Select Confirm

Note: Allow 3-5 business days for your payment by bank to reach us. Credit card or Visa Debit card payments are immediate.
