How to download and view your bill

You may receive a notification that your bill is ready, but you would like to see the details of that bill and not just the amount owing. 

You can do so with the My TELUS app.

Download and view your current bill or even any bill from the past 18 months by following the easy steps below.

Note: Please keep in mind that downloading the PDF will make use of data unless you are on Wi-Fi.

How to view current bill

The current bill will show directly from the Billing page. 

You can view the past bills only by downloading them as shown in the next section.

1. Log in to the My TELUS app from the device using the username and password required for telus.com/mytelus.

2. Select Billing from the menu at the bottom of the page:

3. a) For Mobility services: A bar across the top will display base plan charges, additional charges and taxes.

b) For other services: Tiles will display bills based on products such as TV, Internet, equipment leasing, and the services included.

How to download past month(s) bill in PDF format

If ever you need to backtrack and view details from past bills or you need to view the current bill in PDF format, these are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to the My TELUS app from the device using the username and password required for telus.com/mytelus.

2. Select Billing from the menu at the bottom of the page:

3. a) For Mobility services: Select Transaction History and Bill History

b) For Other services: Select Bill History

4. In Bill History, the past 18 months will be visible.

5. Click on the month you wish to download or click Select All and then scroll down and select Download (PDF)

Note: Android users who are presented with the message “allow my account to access photos and media and files on you device” need to click on Allow if they wish to proceed with the download

6. Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open

  • If you are an iOS/Apple user, you will be advised to go to the Files Folder on your device to locate the downloaded bill (if you are unable to easily locate it in the files, search Bill in the files folder).

  • If you are an Android user, you will find the downloaded bills in My Download Manager or Files Folder. As a plus, a notification should appear on the notification screen indicating that a PDF file has been downloaded. You can click on that to view it as well.

Note: Above are general steps, you may need to look up how to access downloaded files for your particular device if these do not apply.
