How to download and view your bill

Download and view your current bill or even any bill from the past 18 months with the My TELUS App by following these easy steps

You may receive a notification that your bill is ready, but you would like to see the details of that bill and not just the amount owing. You can do so with the My TELUS app.

How to view current bill

Your current bill will show directly from the Billing page: 

  1. Log in to the My TELUS app from the device using the username and password required for telus.com/mytelus

  2. Select Billing

  3. Your current bill details will be displayed on screen

    • For Mobility services: A bar will display base plan charges, additional charges and taxes

    • For other services: Tiles will display bills based on products such as TV, Internet, equipment leasing, and the services included

How to download past monthly bills

Follow these steps to view details from past bills or view your current bill in PDF format. Please keep in mind that downloading a PDF will make use of data unless you are on Wi-Fi.

  1. Log in to the My TELUS app from the device using the username and password required for telus.com/mytelus

  2. Select Billing

  3. To view past bills from the last 18 months:

    • For Mobility services, select Transaction & Bill History

    • For Other services, select Bill History

  4. Select the month you wish to download or click Select All, then scroll down and select Download (PDF)

    • Android users who are presented with the message “allow my account to access photos and media and files on you device” need to select Allow if they wish to proceed with the download

  5. Once the download is complete, select the bill you wish to open

    • If you are an iOS/Apple user, you will be advised to go to the Files folder on your device to locate the downloaded bill. If you are having trouble locating it, search for Bill in the Files folder

    • If you are an Android user, you will find the downloaded bills in My Download Manager or Files folder. A notification should also appear on your screen indicating that a PDF file has been downloaded. You can click on that to view it as well

    Note: These are general steps. You may need to look up how to access downloaded files for your particular device if these do not apply
