How to change user names

Changing your user name doesn’t affect the billing information, but it can help differentiate your users if you have many lines. It can also help you identity the devices your employees are using.

Steps to follow

  1. Log in to your My TELUS account

  2. Go to My Profile

  3. Select Update subscriber details

  1. Select the account (if applicable)

  2. Select the subscriber whose details you wish to change 

  3. Enter First name, Last Name and Save

  4. We'll send you a verification code to confirm your identity

  5. Select a phone number or email to receive your verification code

  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code and select Submit Code

  7. The name change will be effective once the message below appears
