Change your PIN

Your PIN is the information required when you call or chat with our Telus team in order to obtain information or modify anything in the account.

If you cannot remember your PIN, you can modify it by

  1. Logging in to My Telus

  2. Go to My Profile

  3. Under My Accounts, select Forgot Your Pin?

  4. We will send you a verification code via email or text message.

  5. Enter the 6 Digit verification code and Submit 

  6. Enter new PIN following the guidelines Provided as seen below:

7. Click Reset PIN
