How to locate the Support Request feature in My TELUS
- Sign-in to .
- Scroll down the Overview page until you reach Support Requests. Click on the green button to be redirected to the Support Requests portal.
- Submit a new request
- Choose the category that best applies to your request. For example, if you wish to add a plan or service, click on the ‘Products and services’ category, and select the applicable ‘Add Plans or Services’ form.
- Fill in all required fields
- Once you’ve completed filling out the form with the necessary details, click ‘Submit’.
Your request will then be sent to an agent, and you will be contacted in 1-2 business days.
