Access My TELUS Support Requests

How to locate the Support Request feature in My TELUS

  1. Sign-in to My TELUS.
  2. Scroll down the Overview page until you reach Support Requests. Click on the green button to be redirected to the Support Requests portal.
  3. Submit a new request
  4. Choose the category that best applies to your request. For example, if you wish to add a plan or service, click on the ‘Products and services’ category, and select the applicable ‘Add Plans or Services’ form.
  5. Fill in all required fields
  6. Once you’ve completed filling out the form with the necessary details, click ‘Submit’.

Your request will then be sent to an agent, and you will be contacted in 1-2 business days.
