Lisa de Wilde is Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority (TVO), a position she has held since 2005. Prior to joining TVO, Lisa was President and CEO of Astral Television Networks. She currently serves on the Board of Enercare Inc., is Chair of the Toronto International Film Festival's Board of Directors, and is a member of the advisory board of the University of Toronto's Mowat Centre for Policy Innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from McGill University.
In 2009 Lisa was recognized with the Women's Executive Network Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 award; and in 2013 was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her support and dedication to scientific literacy. Lisa holds Honorary Doctorates of Laws from Brandon University and Ryerson University. In 2015, Lisa became a Member of the Order of Canada.
