View order status
As a TELUS Business customer, you can track your orders easily.
On this page, you can find out the different ways to view and track your TELUS Business orders:
Note: This feature will work from within your My TELUS if you only have one mobility account attached to your profile. If you have more than one mobility account or are looking to track orders for a different service, you can use Business Service Requests, TELUS Assist, or the TELUS website as described in the following sections.
Log in to My TELUS
Select Overview
Scroll the page until you see the Order Updates highlight and select Visit the Order Status page
This will lead you to the Mobility Orders dashboard, where you can view the details and status of all your orders
You can filter them by order number or status
You can search by order number directly from the search field
If you wish to view more details, select the Order ID
Note: This will direct you to a new page, so ensure your popup blockers and firewalls will not restrict this for best results
Your order number will already be populated, along with the order status and any next steps or information you will need
Note: If you are unable to view the dashboard due to having more than one mobility account, or if you are trying to track the status of a non-mobility product, you can use this method to track/view your order.
Log in to My TELUS
From your Overview page, scroll to the Support Requests tile
Select Go to Support Requests
Select View all topics
Select the Order Status form
Complete the form with the necessary information and select Submit
You will receive a confirmation number to allow you to track the progress of your request and view it from your Service Request dashboard.
TELUS assist will help you easily locate the Order Status page.
Locate the TELUS Assist Icon on the page or head over to www.telus.com/assist
Enter the required information
Are you a Business customer?
Yes
Select a service:
Changing features, billing or other account inquiries
Select a product:
Select whichever applies to the service of the order you wish to track (ie. Mobility, Internet, etc.)
Enter your contact information
Select Chat
Let the Assistant know you wish to Track/View your order status
Visit www.telus.com/orderstatus.
