TELUS Crop Management is an FMIS and a comprehensive digital platform that integrates various aspects of crop and farm management. Our software is designed to help farmers, agronomists and their stakeholders enhance data exchange and workflows to optimise their operations, improve commercial performance and meet compliance and sustainability goals.

In TELUS Crop Management, we have brought together two leading FMIS solutions, TELUS Farm Management and Gatekeeper, to create a comprehensive digital platform designed to optimise farm operations of which crop management is a central aspect.

TELUS Farm Management and Gatekeeper will continue to be available and supported, however our investment and development will be focused on TELUS Crop Management.

We will continue to provide UK-based support for existing product usage and the migration and transition from legacy products to future solutions. This includes UK phone and email support, online support content, operational account management and customer success support. Providing our customers with as frictionless an experience as possible remains our priority.

Our goal is to begin migrating users to the TELUS Crop Management application mid-2025 through into early 2026. Customers will be invited to migrate once TELUS Crop Management aligns to their specific needs. Account and support teams will contact them and regularly update them on progress through emails, product portals and in-app messaging.

The migration process will be simple and there will be help and support available to guide you throughout this process. Migration will bring your existing data from TELUS Farm Management or Gatekeeper into the new TELUS Crop Management application.

Our crop management software is designed for use in the UK. With 250 team members across the UK and Ireland, our regional product development and support teams offer the extensive localised support knowledge and industry experience needed for effective product regionalisation and ongoing support.

Our crop management software will be available in different bandings to meet the needs of basic users right through to complex multi-farm or enterprise businesses, so that you only pay for the services and functionality you need. All levels of the current products will be supported in TELUS Crop Management.

Our crop management software is designed for easy integration with machinery, ag retailer systems and other third-party providers, putting you in control of which integrations you choose and who you share data with.

TELUS Crop Management is a 100% cloud based web application, with a companion mobile app for use on a phone or tablet. TELUS has comprehensive privacy and security policies and plans to ensure that your data is secure, backed up and available at all times.
