Georges Paradis, DVM
Dr. Georges Paradis is a seasoned veterinarian based in Quebec City, QC, Canada, with a special interest in cattle production medicine in cow-calf and feedlot operations. After growing up on a ranch in Abitibi, Quebec, he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.M.V.) from the University of Montreal in 1985. After 14 years in large animal practice, Georges decided to enter the cow-calf business and become a full-time cattle production consultant for the Quebec territory. He subsequently acquired solid experience in several fields related to the cattle industry, whether as a part-time feedlot manager or as a technical advisor on a cattle farm in Russia, among others.
Dr. Paradis became associated with TELUS Agriculture, formerly known as Feedlot Health Management Services, in January 2009 as a Professional Services Veterinarian. His extensive experience and expertise in cattle production management have made him a valuable asset to the organization. Dr. Paradis continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of animal health and production, ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary services to clients.
