As a member of TELUS’ executive leadership team, François Gratton helps drive TELUS’ strategy and vision across Canada and globally. With an impressive track record spanning over 20 years in the technology industry, François has extensive experience in driving new agile business lines. He leads a global team responsible for some of TELUS’ most innovative portfolios that leverage everyday innovation and next-gen technology to enable better human, health and food outcomes.

Under his leadership, the TELUS Health team is dedicated to improving access to health and wellness services and revolutionizing the flow of health information across the continuum of care. TELUS Health is transforming healthcare and empowering people to live healthier lives.

François also oversees the TELUS Agriculture team, whose mission is to improve access and trace the quality and safety of our food from farm to fork. TELUS Agriculture now ranks among the world’s largest agriculture software providers serving customers in over 50 countries.

For nine years, François headed efforts building on TELUS’ 95-year history in the province of Quebec to deliver best-in-class consumer entertainment, health and security solutions, and provide customer experience excellence at home, at work and on the move. Committed to bridging the digital divide, TELUS Québec has successfully completed some of the most remote and challenging connectivity deployments in Canada under François’ stewardship.

Further, François is responsible for building on TELUS’ 95-year history in the province of Quebec to deliver best-in-class consumer entertainment, health and security solutions, and provide customer experience excellence at home, at work and on the move. Committed to bridging the digital divide, TELUS Québec has successfully completed some of the most remote and challenging connectivity deployments in Canadian history.

François holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Law from the Université de Montréal. He joined TELUS during the 2008 acquisition of healthcare IT firm Emergis, where he served as Executive Vice-president, Healthcare Provider Solutions.

He is a member of Le Cercle des présidents du Québec, the Canadian Advisory Board of Harvard Business School, and the Quebec Bar Association. In 2009, he was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40.

François’ profound commitment to his community is reflected in his work as Chair of the Board of the Lighthouse, Children and Families, and as Vice-Chair of the TELUS Montreal Community Board.
