  1. What are the benefits of registering?

    By registering on telus.com you will be able to view and pay your phone bill(s), move your phone line, request a repair, purchase or remove services, and purchase products online. It's convenient and saves time.

  2. How do I register for an online account at telus.com?

    We'll take you through some security steps to confirm your identity and activate your account with a username and password. You'll need your most recent phone bill to register.

  3. I am a new TELUS customer. Can I register on telus.com?

    A new customer can register on telus.com, however you must have your first TELUS phone bill. It contains your telephone number, Account ID and your most recent invoice amount.

  4. Where do I register if I am not a residential customer or a single-line business, or if I receive a consolidated bill for several phone lines, one of which is a business line?

    At this time, registration is only available to single-line residential or business TELUS customers. If you have a consolidated billing account, you will need to contact a Customer Service representative for assistance via e-mail at contact us or by calling 1-877-myTELUS (1-877-698-3587) from Monday to Friday 7am - 9pm , Saturday 7am - 6pm, and Sunday 9am - 6pm (Mountain Standard Time).
