Channels

There are 2 ways you can order On Demand:

1. Use your remote and order on screen - it's the most convenient way to order.
   1. Your PVR receiver must be connected to the Internet or via a phone line. Go to Channel 1000 (English) or Channel 1800 (French).
   2. Using your remote control, highlight the event you want to order, press Select and follow the prompts.
2. Order by phone through an Automated Service Representative
   1. Call 1 866 68 ORDER (1 866 686 7337). You will need the Event ID and your purchase PIN.

1. Your Event ID is a 5-digit number.
   • Go to Channel 1000 (English) or Channel 1800 (French).
   • Highlight the event you want to purchase.
   • Using your remote control, press the Info button.
   • At the end of the event description, you will find the number in brackets.
2. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the 4-digit number you chose when you activated your TV account. If you can't remember your PIN or wish to change it, please call a Customer Service Representative at TELUS Call centre # for assistance.
3. Only TELUS Satellite TV customers with HD PVR MPEG-4 receiver model 9241 can access On Demand. The model number is displayed on the front panel of your receiver. Your receiver is compatible if you see the number 9241 in the lower left hand corner.
